Overall, we had a good stay and the apartment was in a convenient location. The check-in process was generally smooth, and the place met our basic expectations. There was, however, some confusion with the communication from the host. Initially, we were told it would be okay to do an early check-in just to leave our luggage, but later we were informed that we would need to pay an additional fee for that. It would be helpful if this policy were communicated more clearly from the beginning to avoid misunderstandings. I also think the cleanliness could be improved. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers appeared to have been diluted with water and had an unpleasant smell. In addition, some of the kitchen towels also smelled bad, which made them feel unclean. Overall, it was a decent stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience much better for future guests
